This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced front end application developer to help create market leading financial products.

This role will bring challenge and variety, working within highly skilled multi-disciplinary teams using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop web-based applications using cutting edge technologies, following best practice in modern front-end development.  All applications will comply with our in-house design system, be performance optimised, secure, and accessible.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers and other UX professionals to translate customer needs and user expectations into interactive web applications.
  • Collaborate with API developers and modellers to deliver sustainable solutions that deliver value for our business.
  • Mentor, coach & provide people management for less experienced team members. 

About You

In order to succeed in, and enjoy this role, you are likely to have experience with:

  • Component Driven Development in Angular or similar framework.
  • Component, Integration and E2E Testing using Jest/Cypress or similar test frameworks.
  • Application State Management using NGRX or other state management solution.
  • API Integration.
  • Excellent HTML/CSS Skills, knowledge of SASS and CSS Frameworks.
  • Creating components and Applications that meet WC3 Accessibility Standards.
  • Application optimisation for speed and scalability.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops and continuous deployment to the cloud using Azure or similar.
