The Vacancy
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Co-ordinator to join our Hymans Roberston Investment Services (HRIS) business unit in Glasgow or Edinburgh on a 12-month fixed term basis.
Hymans Robertson Investment Services (HRIS) is fully owned by Hymans Robertson LLP. HRIS runs a rapidly growing UK discretionary fund management (DFM) proposition, which is focused on designing and managing a model portfolio service (MPS) for its professional clients – in this case, third party UK financial adviser firms. The MPS portfolios are currently made up of multiple underlying funds, typically spread across a range of asset classes and using different management styles, such as active and passive management.
*We are open to considering candidates on a part time (28 hours) or full-time basis*
What will your role look like?
As our Team Co-ordinator you will play a key role within HRIS, providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to the team. Working closely with colleagues from across the business, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, playing a key role in helping the team deliver exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with strong planning and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
